Inspired by the beauty and rawness of the Connemara landscape and connecting with local craft and traditions, we are delighted to bring you the first of our off-season, culinary-based experiences in a unique setting in Roundstone, Co. Galway.

This one-night-only long table dinner, prepared by one of Ireland’s most talented chefs, Aishling Moore (Goldie, Cork), and hosted at Within The Village in Roundstone, offers an unforgettable evening in a unique setting and showcases some of the best of the region’s locally caught fish, seafood, vegetables, and foraged ingredients.

Chef Aishling Moore is committed to ocean welfare, practicing whole fish cookery and exclusively working with wild fish and small fishermen at her renowned Michelin Big Gourmand restaurant Goldie in Cork.

‘Within The Village’, a former pub and B&B in the centre of Roundstone village was designed for sustainability from inception. This low-impact luxury space was restored and renovated by craftspeople and brought to life by many local artists, makers and suppliers from across the region.

Join us on Saturday, November 15th Friday, November 14th for a special multi-course dinner with welcome cocktail, crafted by Aishling Moore and Bog & Thunder. €85pp includes a welcome cocktail; wine at dinner will be available for an additional cost. From 6.30pm – 11.30pm.
