This is the deposit* of $2000 (collected today) plus a full payment schedule for the balance for 1 spot at our second annual Best of the West Irish food tour with Mabel Gray chef/owner James Rigato in April 2027. For your convenience, the balance payments will be taken monthly in 4 equal installments.

We’ll also share some recommendations for books to read, film and tv, and podcasts to check out to get you informed and excited.
